Real Estate Article

Most of the articles I've written are about real estate investing because that's where I started in real estate.  Having been an investor for many years, I've seen what investors have gone through in the good times and the bad.  I've come across investors that have taken countless real estate classes and read numerous books on the subject only to lose money.  Conversely, I've run across many investors with varying degrees of knowledge that have made lots of money rehabbing and flipping houses and assigning properties. 

I've come to the conclusion that it's not only what you know but how you put your knowledge to work and how much you know about your local market. Hopefully these articles will give you some insight into your own career in real estate.  Read, share and enjoy.
